Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy To ensure fairness and protect the time reserved for each client, the following policy applies to all clients: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two (2) times. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled for the third (3rd) time, all deposits and any payments made toward the service will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Clients using a payment plan or “buy now, pay later” option will also forfeit any funds already paid toward the service if they cancel after the third reschedule or request to cancel the appointment. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
